TANDOOR & KABOB
The tandoor is a cylindrical clay oven fired by mesquite charcoal. This design allows our chef to cook special Indian bread on the side walls of the oven and to barbecue skewers of meat at the same time. All tandoori dishes are marinated overnight in a special
yogurt
and spicy sauce mixture.
